Dear Parent/Guardian:

Does your child forget to bring home his/her correct books?

Is your child missing class notes and/or homework assignments?Is there nothing written in your child’s homework planner?

Does your child say “I forgot”, “I left it at school”, “It’s in my locker”, “I can’t find it” and /or “I don’t know what happen to it”?

Does your child have a black hole at the bottom of their book bag? 

Maybe even last week’s sandwich!

If you said yes to any one of these questions then you need to say yes to the next question.
