2024 Robotics Spring Training
Begins February 7, 2024
Please complete the application to apply to be a member of the February - June Session Robotics Club. We are looking for team players who can commit to staying on Wednesday or Thursdy afternoons from 2:40pm to 4:40pm. No yellow school bus transportation is provided. Parents must pick up your child or give them permission to go home alone. MetroCards will be provided upon request. We will be splitting the applicants into one day or the other.
As a member of LAMS Legends Robotic Club, I understand that I will be required to build a set robot. The team must complete several tasks to prepare to compete at First Lego League next year. I will be learning how to code the robot using Lego's programming app. I also understand that there are many students who want to join. If I am selected, I am committing to being part of this session through June 2024. I will also follow the NYC DOE Code of Conduct.
